Permit for temporary employment

The “permission to supply temporary workers” is an official permit issued in Germany to companies that wish to supply temporary workers to other companies. This regulation falls under the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), i.e. the law on the temporary employment of workers. The permit is issued by the employment agency.

Important aspects of the permit:

1. Who needs a permit?
Companies that wish to deploy employees as temporary workers in other companies require this permit. This applies to employment agencies, for example.

2. Why is permission required?
The permit ensures that the rights of the temporary workers are protected. Among other things, this concerns equal pay and working conditions.

3. Requirements for the granting of a permit:

The company must be financially stable.
There must have been no violations of labor law in the past.
The company must comply with the statutory regulations for temporary employment.

4. Consequences of operating without a permit:
Companies that provide workers without a permit risk high fines and legal sanctions. Contracts between employment agencies and clients can also be declared invalid.

Important for the employer:

All legal obligations are complied with: These include the payment of social security contributions, the payment of taxes and the protection of the rights of leased employees.

Your company is not taking any risks: without a recognized permit, companies that hire staff can be faced with high fines, legal disputes and reputational damage. With us at your side, you can deploy staff flexibly without having to worry.

Equal pay is guaranteed: The permit requires us to pay loaned employees the same as comparable permanent employees in your company. This contributes to a fair and motivating working environment.
